Ingredients:
- 1 cup of cooked and pureed vegetables (carrots, sweet potatoes, green beans, peas, etc.)
- 1/4 cup cooked and pureed meat (chicken, beef, or lamb)
- 1/4 cup cooked and pureed fruits (apples, pears, bananas, peaches, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon of baby cereal (optional)
- Water or breast milk/formula to adjust consistency
Instructions:
1. Wash and clean all the vegetables, fruits, and meat thoroughly.
2. Cook the vegetables and meat separately until they are soft and tender.
3. Puree the cooked vegetables and meat separately until smooth using a blender or food processor. You may add some water or breast milk/formula to adjust the consistency.
4. Puree the fruits separately until smooth.
5. Mix the vegetables, meat, and fruits together in a bowl. You may also add some baby cereal for added texture and nutrition.
6. Serve the pureed food immediately or store it in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
